Procopy has a portable system for recording on location including high quality digital recorders, HDDV Camera, wireless microphones and audio mixers. We record many seminars with public speakers, company meetings or forums and motivational talks and we find these “live” recordings often contain an energy that is hard to replicate in a studio situation. However the audio quality can sometimes be compromised by the surrounding environment so we offer our studio facility as a low cost option for creating better quality web videos. If you are considering a location recording will do a ‘site survey’ to identify any potential audio or video problems.
ProCopy has our own video recording facility with 75 square metres of recording space and 3 control rooms – including our audio and video editing suites. This enables us to set up a controlled environment for audio and video recording, We can supply white or black backdrops as well as green-screen (Chromakey video) facilities if you want to be more creative at the editing stage. Flexible studio times are available as we provide the facility by the hour or block booking with half day, day and multiple day rates for the studio. We also provide the studio as a “dry-hire” with no equipment or staff provided for those clients that just need a professional video studio to record their programme content. High speed internet access is also available for video conferencing.
Video Editing enables us to add effects, text, pictures, (from PowerPoint slides for example), video watermarks and music to the finished video. Video editing charges are by the hour and dependent on the amount of work done to complete the programme. The completed video can be converted from the High definition master to whatever format you require for your needs. Typically we will provide a DVD Master quality copy, YouTube or Google Video formats and Mpeg or Quicktime files if you are hosting the video on your own website. Completed webvideos can then be sent anywhere in Australia or the world through our FTP server system to be incorporated in to your website by your webmaster.
There are a number of considerations to take in to account with web video and we are happy to advise you on the appropriate way to incorporate video in to your site if you have not done it before.
If you are taking part in a tradeshow, conference or exhibition we can duplicate bulk DVDs for you in our production area in short run quantities or can replicate thousands of DVDs if you have larger requirements. The copies can then be used for corporate presentations or product promotions as well as instructional or educational programmes, motivation, health, well-being and lifestyle programmes and sell through on your website.
